You do not need a long technical report.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-1\">\n<h2>Gather the essentials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The affected site URL and page URL, when relevant.<\/li>\n<li>Your plugin edition and version, WordPress version, and the exact error text.<\/li>\n<li>The steps you followed, what you expected, and what happened instead.<\/li>\n<li>A cropped screenshot if it explains the issue more clearly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-2\">\n<h2>Open the ticket<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/coocadev.com\/seo-suite\/support\/\">support center<\/a> and sign in with the purchase or support email.<\/li>\n<li>Select the correct site or license context when the form offers it.<\/li>\n<li>Write a specific subject and describe one issue.<\/li>\n<li>Review attachments for private data before submitting.<\/li>\n<li>Keep follow-up replies in the same ticket so the history stays together.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you cannot sign in, use the account-help links on the login page or the support email shown in the footer. Do not create duplicate tickets to bypass an access problem.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-3\">\n<h2>Example report<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Subject:<\/strong> Product page still shows the old meta description<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong> I opened the product, changed its SEO description, saved it, and opened the public URL in a private window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected:<\/strong> the saved description appears in the page source.<br \/><strong>Actual:<\/strong> the old description is still present. I have cleared the page cache. The affected URL and plugin version are attached.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-4\">\n<h2>Keep secrets out<\/h2>\n<p>Do not send passwords, full license keys, API keys, payment-card details, or unredacted logs. A screenshot should show the error, not private customer information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Result:<\/strong> a ticket with enough context to investigate.
