Keep credentials in your approved password manager, not in SEO notes or support tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Check the site&#8217;s active license and available tools before planning work that depends on a paid module.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-2\">\n<h2>Use a repeatable review<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the correct site and confirm whether it is live or staging.<\/li>\n<li>Choose important pages and record the current findings.<\/li>\n<li>Review titles, descriptions, indexing, and genuine broken links.<\/li>\n<li>Agree on changes with the person responsible for that site.<\/li>\n<li>Apply a small set of changes, then check the public pages and rerun the relevant checks.<\/li>\n<li>Record what changed and what still needs attention.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wpsn-structure-section\" id=\"guide-step-3\">\n<h2>Example: two clients, different priorities<\/h2>\n<p>A shop may need product descriptions reviewed after an import. A service business may need an old service URL redirected after a rename.
