Troubleshooting
Fix install problems
Most install issues are hosting limits, old PHP versions, or a license/site URL mismatch. Start with the exact message you see.
Stay calmIf the front of the site loads, start by deactivating the plugin.
Keep the exact messageA screenshot is often enough for support to identify the issue.
Do not delete settings firstSupport may need logs or settings to understand what happened.
Common messages

| Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error | The server hit a PHP or plugin conflict. | Copy the full error, disable the plugin, and contact support. |
| License invalid | The key is wrong or not found. | Copy the key again from My Account. |
| License used on another domain | The key is already attached elsewhere. | Remove the old site from the license or contact support. |
| Updates do not appear | The site cannot confirm the license or update feed. | Save the license again, then check WordPress updates. |
