Email BriefGo supportThe request card is missing.
Check that BriefGo is active, its business recipient and services are configured, and the page contains a Shortcode block with [briefgo]. Clear relevant caches.
WhatsApp opens, but no message arrived.
Opening WhatsApp prepares a draft. The visitor must send it in WhatsApp. BriefGo cannot confirm sending or delivery.
The recipient is wrong or unavailable.
The website owner sets the business number in Settings → BriefGo. Check the country code and test the actual recipient; valid number formatting does not prove a WhatsApp account exists.
Copying is unavailable.
Use the manual-copy fallback and copy the prepared preview yourself. Clipboard access can depend on browser permissions and a secure page.
What happens when the plugin is removed?
Deactivation keeps settings. Deleting BriefGo through WordPress removes its own settings option. Keep any settings you need before deleting it.
